At our animal hospital, we can perform many dental & surgical procedures to help your pet. Our goal is to provide them with a comfortable experience and we pay particular attention to management of their pain and anxiety during their stay. All pets are monitored by a licensed veterinary technician during and after the procedure. We prioritize the safety and comfort of your pet during surgery by administering IV fluids, which helps maintain adequate blood pressure, reduces dehydration from anesthesia, and contributes to a faster and smoother recovery process. We also use specialized surgical heating blankets and have a heated floor in our kennels. Laser therapy is performed on incision sites to help decrease inflammation, ease discomfort & speed healing.
*Keep in mind we may recommend surgery be performed elsewhere if the surgery is not a typical outpatient procedure that would need further 24/7 monitoring, overnight care or multiple day hospitalization.
